Other Local Clarifications Added

Reading through the old rules while proof-reading rules 4.0, I remembered a few home-brewed clarifications that we will be using as long as we will be using rules 3.1. Some of them will even survive into the 4.0 era. Check them out!

The reference section has been expanded with links to the official rules and rules clarifications, as well as a section for local rules clarifications (ie. clarifications that are not official, but established by MTLRD because they felt necessary). Namely, a definitive stance on "yielding advantage" in rules 3.1 has been introduced.

So, this is the new Montreal Roller Derby's referees site. The focus has changed and I think it's going to be a superb tool for all of Montreal's newbie and veteran referees alike.

Please note that pretty much everything is a work-in-progress at the moment; things will get better as the days go by!
